Levi invited his friend Abe to hunt opening weekend. He would be using Levi's 300 Blackout and the 101gr Hammer Blackout Bullet, with a MV of 2600 FPS out of a 16" barrel.
Abe took an 86 yards quartering away shot. According to Abe the buck ran about 40-50 yards and dropped. He could hear it run and drop but the woods are thick and didn't see how far it went. This was Abe's first hunt.
