Epoxy for aluminum pillars?

While I wait 9+ months for my stock to get made I decided to dive into learning to pillar and bed a stock as well as inlet the stock for the Magpul DBM (because why not). Bought a Remington 700 stock off eBay for $35 and then bought some pre-cut aluminum pillars and a counter-bore drill bit off StockysStock.com. I've got my holes reamed out for the pillars and they are ready to go in. What epoxy would you suggest I use? Kinda thought I'd just go to the local hardware store and grab one of those syringes that mixes the epoxy as it dispenses but I figured I'd ask here first.

I use Devcon 10110 to do the bedding so have just used it for the pillars too.

Yes he is serious it works great and is easy to mix a small batch. I use it all the time and also bed rails with it. I also use devcon for the action bedding. And if I was doing action and pillars I would use Devcon.

where are you guys buying devcon 10110? it's anywhere from $200 to $500 and up per pound on Amazon.

That's why I use jb, often a pack is enough for two rifles, costs like 6$. It's not as nice to work with, but once it's cured it's a quality bedding job

The first time I pillared and glass-bedded a savage rifle stock I used the Acraglas kit from Brownells and it turned out surprisingly well. I just let the smith do it now and he uses what Barrelnut and others recommended....Devcon 10110.

I believe I just read something on AS that compared Marinetex vs Devcon and after a year the Marinetex had shrunk less.
