Enfield/Eddystone Model 17 Prefit Barrel?

Does anyone know where I can order a Prefit barrel for a Eddystone P17 rifle chambered in 30-06? It lools like Pac-nor used to do them but they are out of commission right now. Or is it better to just have a gunsmith chamber a .308 blank?

I'm refurbishing my dad's old hunting rifle for sentimental reasons.
