Eclipse coyote.

Total eclipse here yesterday 100% 3:13pm, phenomena such as this can throw some animals off their routine, I know this from studying animal behavior.
Moments before total blackout I set up in the spare room watching the event,4 minutes after totality the sun began coming out through the dark shadowy sky,this big dog was running the river relaxed as can be ,I sent a 17 hornet his way in the neck, as is apparent he didn't make it. Two memorable experiences, an omen that many more this year will succumb about 30 so far 2024, and a ways to go yet, denning season almost here and it's usually a field day.

Way to go! I was out hunting pigs around 11 pm and the coyotes began to yelp. We had thermals but didn't see any.

Was wondering if anybody had tried to coyote hunt during the eclipse. I was in an area of 100% totality and wanted to, but wife had other plans, lol.
