In my experience the 300 Win mag is the most forgiving long range cartridge to load for. I have owned 4 different 300 win mags and all of them shot sub moa with every brass, bullet and primer I tried. But l only ever used H1000, it could be the secret ingredient.

In my experience, "easy to load develop for" is derived more from diameter and quality of barrel than choice of cartridge. With that said, some recoil less and are thus easier to shoot during load development. Some are easier to find loading equipment for.
