Dry fire practice?

I dry fire practice with my carry guns often and it definitely helps out. I'm assuming this would also carry over into long range shooting. Do any of you gentlemen get any dry-fire practice at home.

Yes, I dry fire practice pistol and rifle on alternating days.

Yes. A few minutes most days. Frequency over volume!
