Dressing lug abutments on MRC action

I've got a Montana Rifle Company action that needs the recoil lug surface cleaned up on the action. The action has a Mauser style C ring on it that the barrel seats on. Trying to find a tool or fixture to clean them up. Bolt lugs are in good shape so not wanting to use the bolt to clean up the action. Have searched the web but no luck finding anything, thanks.
