I've e seen the website but haven't heard a thing about them.
I'm assuming they are new.
Hopefully it's a good barrel and company.Always good to have another competitor in the market.
I remember when Carbon Six got started and it turned into a good barrel company.

I read more on the website and found that they use x-caliber blanks and use their own carbon wrapping.
Looks to be Veteran owned and operated.
I actually have a X-Caliber Carbon barrel (bought used) and it shoots great.
I'm wandering if it's the same .

Another relatively new to bolt action carbon barrels is BSF.
They have been around for a while in AR carbon barrels but have expanded into the bolt action business a few years ago.
I have a Springfield Redline that has a BSF barrel and it shoots very well with handloads.
I have also read that they can be hit and miss… but most handloaders have gotten good accuracy.

Based on what I am seeing, this is similar technology to PROOF and Bartlein and others
PROOF is owned by billionaire Mike Goguen of Sequoia capital. He also bought Defiance Machine, ABS barrels, Lawrence barrels, Lone Wolf stocks and other companies. The wrapping technology belonged to ABS before he bought it. He has very very deep pockets and is rumored to be highly litigious. PROOF states it is their proprietary process and their resins that make the difference.
To me, a 1/4 MOA barrel is a 1/4 MOA barrel, no matter how any company promotes it or any other material.
McGowan is challenging the patent in court. We will see how that turns out...this barrel looks to use some of the same "wrapping" technology which IMO and IME is better than barrels wrapped in sheets of carbon, sort of like saran wrap or tin foil wrapping.
Havent been hands on with one, cannot comment on performance.
