Does Jewell make a Savage trigger?

Is Jewell out of business? If not, do they make one for Savages?

To my knowledge, Jewell does not make a trigger for Savage. I also do not believe Jewell is out of business. Rifle Basix makes a good aftermarket Savage trigger that is popular.

I have a rifle basix...and there is a huge difference in feel. The Jewell is solid. The rifle basix actually has a "loose" trigger.

Sharp Shooters Supply makes a good Savage trigger. Might not be a Jewell, but I like them better than the Rifle Basix.

I have a early 60's Savage 110 that Kevin at MCR massaged into an excellent trigger. My newer model 12 lost the accutrigger for a Sharp Shooter Supply trigger. I agree it is no Jewel, but it is a fine trigger.

If I understand correctly, if you're considering the evolution trigger, it can only be installed on actions that have been timed and trued by Sharp Shooters Supply.
