Yes, the book shows you things like twist rate stability. Say you want to start using the 6.5 140gr Berger Hybrid round, but are not sure what barrel twist you need. Bryan actually tested this, and published the results in the book. Here is the full list of all the rounds that will be in the book, and the custom curves that will be in the app.

The BC library in the AB Mobile app is currently based on the 225 bullets which are included in Applied Ballistics for Long Range Shooting.

We're currently working on updating all the apps and AB software to the current library which includes all 400 bullets. This should be pushed as an automatic update to the smartphone apps within the coming weeks.

To be clear, all the BC's which have the 'Litz' suffix are measured BC's. The BC library in the apps also contains other BC's which came from the manufacturers, but weren't directly measured in the AB Lab, and to not contain the 'Litz' suffix.
