Well I don't know @skipglo, so you'll have to fill in the blank on that one. We have plenty of Giardia so with all that "beaver fever" out there bio warfare is a possibility.

I can't recall all the details. But there was a manufacturing of something that involved toxic waste of one type or another. Both Canada, and the USA bid for it, and Canada won. Their plan for dealing with the waste was to build the plant just off the border, and dump it in the Kettle.

Eventually they had to pay for some clean up.

In my Geology 101 class, we learned "dilution is the solution to pollution" but if you exceed the ppb (parts per billion" yiu might get caught
