No surprises. Everyday conversion. The 17 Remington will be a fun little rig.

I'm working on a couple 17 concepts. 17 Hornady Hornet, 17/5.7x28, 17/223. I already have a 17 Remington.
Undecided which way to go for myself.
I looked a lot at the CZ 527. If I had one it would be the donor.
Yours as a 223 would make a great 17/223. Get a nice 9twist barrel and your good to go.
My efforts will be with Springfield Trapdoors, falling blocks and TC Contender/G2 (G1.5?). If a CZ 527 comes my way, whahoo.
