Combination gun in 12 gauge and .223

I have a friend that lives in NW Virginia that wants to treat himself to a combination gun. He is not overly concerned with the make, and he is not looking to spend a fortune. If anyone has a good combo gun in 12/.223 they want to sell, please send me pictures and a price.

Not selling mine. I have a savage 223/20gauge. With 50 and 55 grain bullets it shot buckshot patterns. I switched to 40 grains and it is a tackdriver. It doesn't like hot loads--unless you want an auto opener. Hope he finds a good one.
