Has anyone tried the new Caldwell Velociradar chronograph that uses chirp radar instead of doppler?
I solved running low on battery power during long range sessions by sourcing a Lithium Rechargeable (4000 mAh) Output: 5V / 2.4A Max at $20.00 for Pocket Juice brand. Use the Garmin Zero C1 charging cord direct connected to this, or similar USB battery.I love the Garmin as well, but the battery life sucks.
From what I've read, it won't be out until May. I have one back-ordered at Cameraland. Also, I've read that Athlon and Garmin are the same, but they made a deal, and Garmin got to ship first. That's all from the internet, so take it with a pound of salt.Has anyone used the new Athlon Rangecraft Velocity Pro Radar Chronograph yet? It looks very similar to the Garmin Xero but for about $200 less.
