Chronograph comparison

I love the Garmin as well, but the battery life sucks.
I solved running low on battery power during long range sessions by sourcing a Lithium Rechargeable (4000 mAh) Output: 5V / 2.4A Max at $20.00 for Pocket Juice brand. Use the Garmin Zero C1 charging cord direct connected to this, or similar USB battery.

Has anyone used the new Athlon Rangecraft Velocity Pro Radar Chronograph yet? It looks very similar to the Garmin Xero but for about $200 less.

From what I've read, it won't be out until May. I have one back-ordered at Cameraland. Also, I've read that Athlon and Garmin are the same, but they made a deal, and Garmin got to ship first. That's all from the internet, so take it with a pound of salt.

I tried the Garmin at the range, and it was impressive.

i'm awaiting on the velociradar that should've been delivered today, but the morons at the depot 50 miles from me sent me a delay notice due to weather. today was great weather, mostly cloudy w/less than 20mph winds then winds lessened and sky was clearing up some. spsp delivered from 110 miles away, so ups could do it in less than half the distance!

i want to try a side-by-side test with veloci, lab, athlon & garmin. with 3 using doppler and 1 using chirp i'm not sure if there would be an interference issue? my internet search has tuned up butkis.
