So I get a Sako newsletter as I'm hunting down a Sako 85 Deluxe for a dear friend.
Then Sako is bringing out their modern hunting rifle, eerily similar to Gunwerks Nexus.
Switch barrel
Movable trigger shoe
Wood or carbon stocks
"Future proof" lingo

Probably pricey...

Guessing it'll be priced with the Blaser. Cool you can get it with walnut though.

In the gun world there's always been trends set by a particular company that are often echoed by other companies. I used to judge the "copy cat" companies pretty heavily but sometimes it takes that one great idea to surface to inspire a whole new generation people to continue to innovate and expand on the original "innovative product" I'm excited to see what else comes out of this switch barrel/aluminum receiver/user serviceable components type of system.
