building a 7prc tikka. gonna put a 18" carbon barrel on it. going to buy a blank and have my smith chamber it. i own several proof barrels and they all shoot sub half moa with handloads but the last few i bought i found are picky. can get the to half in with this bullet but that bullet is 1 moa. etc. was considering trying hells canyon. anyone have had both? prefer one over the other? cant go wrong either way kind of thing? just looking for some insight or experiences with either company. i know bartlein makes a great carbon barrel but i cant seem to find a blank in stock, and theyre wait is too long for me at the moment. any experiences with omr? which barrel would u buy?
