Resale is a great reason to go with a DE rifle. Fit and finish. The prestige that is associated with the high end builders that they have earned as a result of their years of research and time spent building these works of art goes a long way. I have a Gre-Tan built rifle and am waiting (stoked is an understatement) for my canyon rifle (and my order to come up for my Vectronix Terrapin) which both, with any luck, will be here this month. Names like Greg Tannel, Shawn Carlock, Dan Wesson, Lester Bruno, Fred Sinclair, John Noveske, and so many more, bring up an ideal about a product that people associate with quality and that prestige will last forever.
