I'll just bet all the criminals are going to comply with this......

Except for the 2nd amendment in the Bill of Rights, and the Supreme Court, this is what
our current government would love to do.

It might help if they put criminals in jail and keep them there as priority 1.
But, cashless bail, or no bail, and catch and release is self defeating, against gun crime, knife crime, all crime.
