Can you chamber a .338 Norma 300 Gr barrel for me?

I'm delving into the custom world. I need a Brux/Bartlein/Kreiger #4 or5 barrel chambered specifcally to a 300 gr Berger or SMK. Also, can you also finish the rifle up if I supply a Stiller Tactical 338 action and B&C stock or do I need to send it elsewhere?
