Can somebody tell me about this bipod?

I have a bipod that I have no idea how it is supposed to attach to the rifle.

Is this a Atlas bipod?

The stock on the rifle I got has a built in funky looking rail, the stock is supposed to be a McMillan A5 competition stock.
I have never been around any of these things so I'm not familiar at all with this type of stuff.

I found something called a Arca rail that looks like what is imbedded in the stock

T-Slot rail. There are two stds for those, Anschutz and Freeland. Given the apparent narrowness of this one I think it is a Freeland. Very common in the High Power and Small Bore worlds.
