Bucket list build .338

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,

I feel that I need to start this post off with the fact I am blessed beyond words to be married to the woman I am. I have dreamed of building a true 100% custom for years and when she found out, her only words were, " build it".
Here is my build to be:
.338 lapua imp
I have ordered:
Nitrated defiance renagade single shot (due towards end of January)
32" brux heavy palma 1-9 (due March/April)
Mcmillan tracker lr (due April?)
Nightforce actar 7-35 w/ moar t (in hand)
I am looking for advice on the chambering aspect of it and I will admit I don't know everything. My plan was to ship the action and blank to LRI to have them fit the blank to the action and chamber it, thread the muzzle and possibly flute the barrel to match the bolt fluting.
LRI has the two possible chambering options #1. Imp chamber with .367" neck dimensions with freebore of .087" which looks to be best suited for repeater applications and #2. Imp chambering with neck dimensions of .371 with "full bore" and throated at .1481"
My question to all you more experienced shooters and builders out there, is option #2 going to give me the best bang for my buck out of a single shot slinging 300 grain serrias or bergers?
In addition, is it better to thread the muzzle 3/4 vs 5/8 on a .338 bore?

@Slm9 that is a good deal but I jave already placed the order with defiance, I researched both and both are fine actions but it seemed defiance came out on top as far as smoothness and also, for what it's worth, a more attractive action imo.
After reading about the terminator, it has me extremely intrigued. I only wonder how hard on the throat the +p is. I'd hate to cut off 500 rounds off the barrel life for an additional 100 or so fps. Hopefully Mr. Shawn will get back to me soon and we can discuss it in more detail.

@oneshot.onehit would you care to elaborate on your opinion? Sheer mass around the bore to decrease the chance of belling out? I've seen factory threaded barrels both ways

Maybe it's just my personal preference, but it allows more material around the bore when using 3/4" threads, also note that the majority of suppressor company's use 3/4" threads when getting into the 338LM category. My machinist likes the fact that my Barrett had 3/4" x20 I can't remembers his reasoning in order to give the correct info but a lot folks use 3/4" - 24 as well.

Glad to see you add " Improved" to the spec. Feed it what it shoots best. Likely it'll shoot the Berger and Sierra 300s fine. Some have issues getting the best accuracy from the ATip and ELD. Mine shoots both of those superbly as well

Update: after contacting Shawn at DE, and reviewing his line of terminator cartridges, I am going to go with the 338 terminator for two reasons
#1: it has the edge on the 338 lapua imp - and I can always load it down to be easier on the barrel / it may like a lower node, and I will still meet my goal of 3k with a 300 grain pill.
#2. As Mr. Shawn pointed out, with all the different versions of laupa improved, getting a matched set of dies without buying blanks and getting them cut with an undersized reamer to my chamber is slim to none.
After reviewing the cost of buying dies, a set of reamers, and nitrated, and smith costs, it makes more sense to go with him.
I will update as parts come in and work is completed. I appreciate all those that have weighed in
