I think it's a no brainer that dirty muzzle breaks can diminish the accuracy of your rifle. More dirt equals less accuracy but how much less? I'm curious to know if anyone has done a before and after test with a real dirty break verses a really clean one and Just regular barrel cleaning along with the testing. Has the dirty break caused your prior load and group to go from .400 MOA to say .900 MOA or larger?

Not sure how this would ever be a problem, when I'm hunting there's a finger cot or electric tape on the brake
I guess I should have been more specific..........I was meaning carbon and powder fouling as the dirt in this question.
