Bolt Handle Painting ?

I've been thinking that I'd like to have the bolt handle black on my Tikka T3. I think it looks fine stainless but I guess I just want to make mine a little different . Any suggestions on something that I can use that will stay on there and last or has anyone else tried this with good results . Thanks

6, Cerakote is very tough. A DIY solution would be to sand, prime, paint and a few coats of clear to protect.
