  • Hello!,sorry it's not the best picture,he's actually selling the rifle to!let me know, Thanks,Chad
Probably best to ask this under ''Optics'' so the right people read it and can give you advise. If you want it mounted lower for reasons concerning cheek weld, Check out Defensive Edge, Shawn Carlock(the guy who invented the 338 Edge) makes and sells adjustable cheek welds.

I dont get out to 1k very often, most my practice is around 800 and less, so I dont need the extra height or MOA to dial up for that distance. I prefer Med. mounts with a 42-44mm obj, for my current style of shooting. Someday I'll step up to the big leagues, but my scopes are not on the same level as the Night Force or Mark 4 so I cannot help you out other than to tell you to post your question where folks in the know will see it. Good luck
Just got a Sendero sf 2 and mounted a nightforce 5.5-22x56 scope with a 20 moa base and NF high rings. I am trying to get the scope as close to the barrel as possible. With the high rings the scope sits a little to high than I anticipated, would the medium rings or low rings bring the scope down almost touching the barrel? Thanks
