Folks using the 131 gr. Blackjack bullet...Which variant of the .257 are you shooting and how much free bore?

We recommend 0.115" in 25 Creed for guys running 2.880" magazines. It's setup nearly perfect if you load them at 2.865". For guys that have actions and magazines for 2.960" COAL then a longer freebore to whatever a guy really desires would be usable.
In 25x47 we setup the reamers at 0.130" freebore and it is working great.
Basically if a neck is 0.300 - 0.315" you could run freebore anywhere from tight at 0.115" to your magazine length restrictions.
Cartridges like 25x284 and 25-06, 25-06 AI, etc will all work with reamers known to work with 115 VLDs but longer freebore would be okay too.
