Best wyoming unit for does?

My dad and I are wanting to go to Wyoming for a doe hunt to fill the freezer this year but not completely sure which unit to go to. Which units are on the National grasslands? I'm not looking for your honey holes but I am just trying to find a unit with a lot of public access. I don't mind walking just want to see something. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.
