Berger seating depth method

Had a great load for 210Matrix in my 300WM. Now cant get Matrix so I figure Ill see about these 200gr ELD-X. I will be using my goto H1000 and Federal match primers. I want to try this Berger seating depth method so its find seating depth sweet spot first then OCW for charge weight correct? I will be going from 72gr to 77gr so do the Berger method all at 72gr I take it?
