Bergara Premium over B-14 series

I am looking to purchase either a Bergara Premium Highlander or B-14 Ridge model in 6.5 or 300 PRC but would like your opinions if the extra $1000 is worth it for the premium rifle. Primary use is deer and elk hunting.
