is the dual rod thingy adjustable? Almost looks like a scribe to me. the first item I have no ideas...

This one kind of resembles a sheet metal tool, like a brake press. Maybe a roll form. But if it were that, it would be for really thin stuff like shim stock. But to what end????

Shimstock roller , that's what I'll call it , until some else comes up with something else.

I agree with you have to wonder if it is another sheetmetal tool used for moving sheetmetal like a Handi-grab?
