ATACR glass. F1 & F2

Does anyone know if say the 7-35 ATACR glass is the same from the F1 to the F2? Now obviously they're going to be the same glass, but I'm referring to overall resolution, clarity, etc. being one's first focal and the other is second. I always here how the 7-35 is spectacular but it's always from those who own the F1's

Not a good comparison, but between a NF ATACR 7-35 F2 and a 5-25 F2 enhanced - IMHO, the 5-25 seems to have an ever so slight edge in clarity and light gathering when set at equal power less than 25. Both seem to suffer a little at max. power. Never had either in F1 to compare there.
