No sh**, really?.... thats probably why the whole rifle is only $1000 as opposed to the ~$2000+ you'd pay for a Christensen or similar with a carbon tube.i will say I HIGHLY doubt savage has the same investment in each steel blank as Bartlein, I bet it's not even close.
Go back and re-read the middle sentence of my response...
