This is the exact parts list I used for mine except I have a 24" x-caliber barrel, rifle +2. I have the H3 buffer. Using a V seven bcg and jp hi pressure bolt. I've had no issues.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet. But do yourself a favor and get a high pressure bolt that's built for bigger port higher cartridges like the 22 creed. I use Toolcraft double ejector high pressure 6.5 creed bcg on alll of my large frame builds. That will fix 75% of your problem. Also put the gas block out of bleed off mode and start from scratch in the conventional mode. Good luck

I run a toolcraft bolt in my 308 and 6.5 AR10 platforms. Both nickel boron coated and easy to clean. No issues with them ever. Neither has adjustable gas block. 308 is carbine 16" and 6.5 is 20" both run super with or without a suppressor

Agreed. Take The barrel off and polish the feed ramp with a cratex wheel.
It worked wonders for my armalite ar-10T.

I use a Dremel felt cone, with polishing compound. I precede that with a hand stone file, appx 1/4" wide or diameter, depending on if it's triangular or round, to knock off the sharp edges.
if you're using steel mags, if they're new, the stamped steel edges of the mag feed lips can have sharp edges, that gouge the brass as it's sliding forward out of the mag. Just another place that could use smoothing. If you're using PMAGs, not a problem, polymer doesn't scratch.

I had similar issues with my 6.5cm and it was all gas related. The gas port was not drilled out sufficiently. After fixing that issue I was able to tune it with a Superlative Arms AGB and it feeds and spits flawlessly, sometime the brass has a small ding but not enough to concern me.

rr bcg's will NOT work with armalite or dpms!.................the bcg is longer as posted above. all 308win bolts will work as they have the same base. having a bsf barrel (6.5creed ar) i will say they ARE overgassed from the barrel i have! you can still have blown primers even if the brass is ejecting between 3 and 3:30. in this case you need to have a heavier buffer! if primers are NOT blown and brass is ejecting at 3-3:30 and you get swipe marks the loads ARE to hot as the creed line is men't for bolt guns. unlike 6arc and 22arc with 2 different max pressures.
