The APS strips from CCI can you just push out the primer? Because I am ordering powder and they only have the APS strips instock...

On the CCI site it says to only use the strips with compatible priming equipment. There may be some way to get them out, likely not a great idea.
Regular primers are easier to find now. I'd just try to get the normally boxed primers.
APS strips can only be used in APS-ready RCBS equipment. , per the CCI site.

Yes, you can shove the primers out and use them with any priming tool of your choice. Just have clean hands and a clean working surface (perhaps a clean bath towel) which you can push them out of the plastic strip onto, so they're captured and not lost.
