Looks really interesting. Seems that it pans and tilts like a camera tripod, which is pretty cool. I'll look forward to a review if it's coming out

I have three of them and really like them. Rugged Ridge is another company under Extreme Outer Limits. Same as MOA Rifles.

Yes - sorry I should have mentioned that Rugged Ridge is the same thing as EOL Extreme Pod.
I am impressed with it. Very well made and the ball and socket design is very smooth.
For those looking for a seated height bipod with a quick release feature like Atlas this is the ticket.

I did get to shoot with one on a static range with distant steel targets around. I had an Atlas (BT46-LW17) on my rifle and was able to clamp one of these on for a comparison.
My impression it was a good bipod. Probably best for field use. Not quite as steady as I'm used to for distance shooting at the range. Probably due to the adjustability with the "ball head" type adjustments.
Nice and lightweight and would be a pleasure to carry in the field.

Thanks for the info guys. I was surprised to hear that the Rugged Ridge is only a couple ounces lighter than Atlas.
What caught my eye first were the leg extensions for seated use. I often get asked by Atlas customers if there is a way to use them seated and the only way I've heard of is by using wood dowels since Atlas doesn't offer long leg extensions. For those guys who want a seated bipod this looks like a good option.
Anyone use the leg extensions?

I used them on an Elk Hunt in Wyoming last year in about 2 foot of snow killed an Elk at 596 yards in sitting position. Also work good in coyote hunting while sitting down you also still have 6 inches of adjustment when attached to bipod.

Supposedly quite a few of the PRS guys like them. I haven't had a chance to try any yet.
