I will be using 2 torches on my annealing setup. Since the case to be annealed will be getting heat all around it, (I think) does it matter how fast the case is spun in this instance? My power driver has no speed control and I feel the speed is a little fast at the slowest speed I can feather it down too.

RPM really isn't critical. You just don't want the case flying out of whatever you're holding it with. I anneal every firing using a single torch and a 3/8 variable speed drill set down to about 200 rpm. The cases (300 WSM) are held with a 14 mm socket that has a 1/4 inch bolt through the middle of it. I use 650 degree Tempilaq on the first two or three cases to get the timing down right. It only takes me about 10 minutes to do 30 cases.
