Annealing gadget

I love the design. But I'm pretty sure the timing is too slow.
That is, your getting those necks too hot.
Can you speed it up for less heating?

Pretty cool! Can it be assembled without eating droewors? That stuff is hard to come by in the states.

I like it!!!

Simple, versatile!

Will you share your plans-parts list or is it for sale?

Coy

Hope you can understand my explanation.
An aluminium baking pan - diameter 200 mm and depth ± 35 mm.
A Rotisserie motor to turn the pan.
Fort he construction, I refer you to the video clip and the pics.
Hope this wil help?

Wow, so simple!!!

Pieter,

What is the name of the rotisserie motor and maybe a model number? The one's I've found have a female hex socket and not a bolt like yours.

You use a 10 mm bolt (50 mm long) and cut off the head. Then grind it off so that it fits into the female sucket. Secure it with an epoxy.

There is nou name on the rotisserie motor. Only JS-500 and JS-500A and made in Taiwan!! Then jou need a adaptor to bring the volts down to 3 volt.

Get me a ticket and I will come over and show you.:D
Regards
Pieter

lightbulb Awesome Pieter! Your explanation is just like your invention, perfect, simple, to the point! I will soon have a "PWV" Annealing Gadget cooking brass in Virginia! lol. Now, I just have to sneak one of my wife's baking pans out of her kitchen without her noticing it! That will be the hard part!! :D

Thanks Pieter!

This is such a kewl site!!
