SP-At this time there is only one 21" bruin in our state records for P&Y. That one went right on 21, was taken in Lake County in 1990 by Colin Andrews. Is that the bruin you're referring to?
To me any bruin over 19" in our state is a beast!
Like I've said before I've shot enough and helped and or professionally guided people to enough bears that I just don't have much interest in killing them anymore. Guess I've come to the age where I've caught (shot) my limit...
I'll never stop watching them, calling them and taking a gun for a walk to look for them though.

That wasn't close, last years 2 monster bears were close. 5 yards and 6 yards

Dogs,YES.Thats the guy that was with my friend that I worked with for years.He was a finger archery shooter.He shot one bull up near me that went almost 370,back when the Fork had elk, he has a handful of really nice bulls.He went to school with Collin.Guy with the monster bear in AK,Dirk Eddie,hes on his second grand slam w/bow.My 21'' I arrowed on POW.
