Advice on which .243/6mm

I'd go with the 6NormaBR if it was a varmint or whitetail/antelope gun. Extremely accurate, low recoil, and excellent barrel life. There are some other variations based off this cartridge or similar ones, that may be viable options.

Anybody shooting the 6mm-06 or 6mm-06 AI? That has to move the 105 Amax right along.

Not yet, but I'm saving up to turn an old 30-06 into a 6mm-06 Prolly will only get about 1k rounds through the barrel, but it will be a FUN 1k rounds gun)

Just to hijack a little, which of all of these 6mm would be the best in a 20 tube. I am going to do one in a 20 in tube. Wonder if a 6X06 would have any muzzle blast out of a 20 incher?

Todd all would have a huge Flash but the 6mm/06 would be an atom bomb with very little gain in velocity over a standard. Best bet is a standard 243 in a 20" barrel.
