A buddy has every Defiance action. The AnTi is his least favorite. Says it's sloppy compared to the others. He even likes his Tenacity better.

Maybe both his "lightened Tenacity's" were machined on a Friday and his regular Tenacity's on a Tuesday? Only thing I know is he says his Anti's don't compare to the rest.

my Anti-XM and alot of other Defiance actions ive shot. I do prefer the nitride versus stainless.

Another vote for the Terminus. I've got two Kratos Lites and an Apollo so far and love them. Defiance is good and I like mine, but the Terminus is another level. Smooth as butter, shoot tight, and look good.

Good thing. It would suck to spend $1k+ on an action and complain about it.

I'd consider the XM length anTi action for the 6.5-284. Mine is in a long action and throated long for VLDs. the rounds swim in the magazine. I have feeding issues if I don't make sure they are all pushed to the end of the mag box. I'm seated 20 thousands off the lands and would still have 50 thousands of room in the XM action. Rebuilding a second in the XM action next year.

Concern with the XM (3.2")
This is a 140 VLD loaded and the 156 next to it which is what I plan on using. To optimize case volume I feel id need to seat the 156 out farther and then be beyond the XM length.

I have bought a total of 3 Pierce engineering titanium actions I love them all and are my main hunting action. Plus they have the best service I've experienced with a builder and I've had some hood ones they are just very consistent and great.
Have one long actions and one short. Love them both my brother has the other long action.
