action question

So I have a 270 barrel I got from a member here and want to get an action for it. The barrel was originally set up for a nesika action but i am thinking of going with a borden or raptor receiver. So my question is if I buy an action with the same threads and a recoil lug I should be able to just thread the barrel on and be good to go, or do I need to do something more?

It's possible to be that lucky. The odds are about the same as winning the lottery.

Your barrel would have to be headspaced to the specific action that you end up with.

Another Nesika may not even headspace correctly.
