8mm-.338 Win Mag?

Anyone ever neck a .338 Win Mag down to 8mm? What barrel length and velocity with bullet weights?

Yes I have one. Mines a 20 in barrel so not great velocities. Original load was 2900 FPS from 185 rem core lock. Last 12 years I've been using 200 gr Accubonds at 2850 FPS. Only two bullets I've shot out of it. Both loads with H4831
