7mm STW Sendero for sale

I have a used Remington 700 Sendero Fluted 7mm STW for sale that I bought in 1998. It is in very good condition and I have probably shot less than 40 rounds through it.
I will admit I do not know what is a fair price. The scope in the picture is not included.
$1000? $1200?

Unit 31 475 yards 7 stw we used the Remington core lockers 140 grain factory ammo
Hope to have reloader going for next year.
