I just got two boxes of Hornady 162 ELD-X for my 28 Nosler this
year Deer season. I would liked to have try some of Seirra bullets
but couldn't fine any 165.

It really depends on what the rifle likes. I'm a big .284 bullet fan (currently shooting 280AI and 7RM). Twist rate is a big factor.

Make sure those deer are not too close and don't get anywhere near the shoulders! I like ELDX but those will be humming from a nosler. Impact much above 2850 fps and they will be rather splashy.

That is a long bullet. Hope you're spinning it with at least a 1:8. Over 3000 fps will be a feat for sure. Please share your load and results.
