7mm-300win mag

Is there any one willing to chamber a basically new McGowen barrel already cut to 7mm remington mag? I was wanting a 7mm-300wing mag. If possible not have the threads cut off and set the barrel back to rechamber but just ream the existing chamber to fit the 300Win mag case. No special sholder angle standard 300 win mag just wanted to be able to neck size the 300win mag with a bushing to 7mm load and shoot. Thanks...
