Rem700 22" barrel 1 in 9-1/4" Twist-Hammer Hunter 120gr-Nosler Brass-Varget-47.6gn = 3148fps MV and excellent accuracy at 300 yards.

In my 17" 7-08 with 140 VLDH and 42.0gr of N150, I get 2690 @32°

I load for 3 different 7MM-08 with 20" barrels. I use reloader 17 or IMR 4350, CCI-BR-2 primers and Lapua brass. Currently using 145 gr Barnes LRX and they work great...get around 2770 with good accuracy, low recoil and muzzle blast. My wife used that load in her Weatherby Camilla in South Africa and really slammed plains game with it--all one-shot kills.
