75 grn Swift Scirc 223

I need a load for the Swift Sciric 75 grn in the 223.
I have a 1-9 twist bbl, do you think it will stabilize the 75 grn bullet?
If not can you suggest a bullet to use for targets up to 1000 yds with the 223.
I know the wind will really push the 223 around a lot.

I have a 1-9 twist and I never could get the Scirocco II 75gr bullets to shoot very accurate
out of my Sav 112 say 1.5"-2.0" groups !!!! But it will shoot anything from 40gr V-Max to
75gr Hornady Match with one hole accuracy providing I do my part !!!!! I think they should be shot out of a 1-8 twist like it states on the box !!!!
