I run these loads in my 223AI.
75 Amax kissin the lands(My COAL is 2.425.)
25.1 grns of BenchMark
Lapua Brass (formed)

3050FPS from 26" tube.

As you can see I had to back off .5grns for the Lapua brass. Do not go over 26grns with WW or R&P brass. Its too HOT.
I also had good results with RL15.
26.5 of RL15 in Lapua. 27.0 of RL 15 in WW or R&P. About the same velocity as the BenchMark loads. I had to use a drop tube to charge them as well.
