700 Remington triggers

Going to buy a new trigger for my 700 Remington heavy barrel 22-250 Do i want a Jewell or timney calvin elite/ why????

Not for R700 but I too picked the Timney CE over the Jewell in my full custom build; also built sturdier IMHO.

You'll like the Timney. Also, Timney has excellent customer service and their triggers are easy to install. I'm 15 minutes away from Timney and can call in the morning to order a trigger and pick it up that afternoon set to my specs. Great people there.
