7 mm on 300 winchester mag

does any one have load for the lighter 7 mm bullets for this round?
I know that the 175 or 180 are better but I would like to look at the lighter bullets also.

Maybe someone will come along and answer your question but in general the more overbore you get the less efficient the cartridge is with light bullets. This is most likely why most will be shooting 180s or even 195s now.
