6.5x47 Build

I would like to have someone build a 6.5x47 barreled action without the stock which I will do myself. Gun will be used mainly for hunting whitetails. Rifle I use now is 37 years old and I don't expect to build another after this one(famous last words).

Are there any suggestions/comments as to who I should go with for a well built long range hunting rifle?

There are several Smiths on this site that would be able to put together a great rifle for you. Where are you from and do you have a budget, not including the scope?

I live in Southwest Georgia, about 35 miles north of Tallahassee, FL. I don't really have a budget but would like to control the cost.
